Ingredients:
- ½ cup onions
- Salt, to taste
- ½ peach, sliced and grilled
- ¼ cup arugul
- 1 prepared Jenny Craig Margherita Pizza
- 1 Tbsp. low-fat feta cheese
Directions:
- Caramelize your onions. Add oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Add in the onions with a pinch of salt and cook until golden brown.
- Grill peach slices until soft.
