Mint Julep Mocktail

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • ¼ cup diet ginger ale
  • 15-20 mint leaves
  • ½ cup ice

Directions:

  1. Add pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice and diet ginger ale to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Chop most of the mint, reserving a few pieces for garnish. Add the chopped mint to the shaker.
  3. Add ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well and pour the drink into a mason jar.
  5. Add ice. Garnish with mint leaves and/or a lime wedge.
