Ingredients:
- Jenny Craig Vanilla Buttercream Cupcake
- Pumpkin pie spice, to taste
- 1 Tbsp. nonfat whipped topping
Directions:
- Separate cupcake frosting from base. Set aside.
- Slice the cupcake base in half horizontally. Place one half of cupcake on the bottom of a glass bowl or jar.
- In a small bowl, mix the pumpkin pie spice with buttercream frosting and nonfat whipped topping.
- Place a dollop of the buttercream mixture on top of the cupcake in the jar.
- Place the other half of the cupcake in the jar.
